Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal (online orders only)

For online orders of stock items, you, if you are a consumer, have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Purchases made in the physical store — under Dutch law (Art. 6:230o BW), no right of withdrawal applies to these, as they do not constitute a distance contract. In-store purchases are final.
Sourced Items and special orders — see our Terms of Service.
Items that, after delivery, have been clearly personalised for you (for example, engraved jewellery).

Exercising the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Filipucci unambiguously within the period (by email or WhatsApp). You return the item within 14 days of this notification, in the exact condition in which it was delivered — including original seals, stickers, packaging, warranty certificates, boxes and certificates.

Filipucci refunds the standard shipping costs of the original delivery paid by you within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, or after receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. The costs of the return shipment itself are at your expense.

Filipucci reserves the right to refuse a return or to reduce the amount to be refunded if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered — for example, in the case of missing seals, stickers, packaging, accessories or documentation, or in the case of visible damage, scratches or signs of use that were not present at delivery.
