Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days. Below you will find the full terms and conditions. We refund the original shipping costs in the event of a valid withdrawal; the cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer. Questions? Email info@filipucci.nl or message us.

Right of withdrawal (online orders only)

For online orders of stock items, the customer, if a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Purchases made in the physical store — under Dutch law (Art. 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code) no right of withdrawal applies to these, as they do not constitute a distance contract. In-store purchases are final.
Sourced Items and special orders — see our Terms of Service.
Items that have been clearly personalised for the customer after delivery (for example, engraved jewellery).

Exercising the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Filipucci unambiguously within the period (by email or WhatsApp). The customer returns the item within 14 days of this notification, in the exact condition in which it was delivered — including original seals, stickers, packaging, warranty certificates, boxes and certificates.

Filipucci refunds the standard shipping costs of the original delivery paid by the customer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, or after receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever is earlier. The cost of the return shipment itself is borne by the customer.

Filipucci reserves the right to refuse a return or to reduce the amount to be refunded if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered — for example, in the case of missing seals, stickers, packaging, accessories or documentation, or of visible damage, scratches or signs of use that were not present at delivery.
